Overnight Caregivers NeededTrove Home Care is seeking dependable, compassionate Overnight Caregivers to support clients in Charlottesville and surrounding communities.We are looking for caregivers who are specifically interested in overnight shifts and are comfortable providing attentive, one-on-one care in a client's home throughout the night. Overnight assignments may include weekday and/or weekend opportunities and can vary based on client needs.Pay: $18–$25 per hour, depending on certification, experience, and assignmentWhat You'll DoAs an Overnight Caregiver, you may assist clients with:Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingMobility, transfers, and fall-prevention supportOvernight safety monitoring and supervisionMedication remindersMeal preparationLight housekeeping and laundryCompanionship and reassuranceMorning and evening routinesFollowing individualized care plans and documenting care providedCommunicating changes or concerns to the Trove care teamDepending on the client's needs, caregivers may be required to remain awake and attentive throughout the overnight shift.QualificationsQualified candidates must:Have a valid CNA, PCA, or HHA credential, or meet Trove Home Care's caregiver training requirementsHave a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insuranceBe able to successfully complete required background and driving record checksBe able to safely lift at least 35 lbs.Be dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently in a client's homeHave reliable availability for overnight assignmentsPrevious professional caregiving experience is strongly preferred.Why Trove Home Care?At Trove, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional caregivers.
