Overnight Caregivers!

Primary Responsibilities
Companionship and conversation
Personal Care (assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, feeding)
Light Housekeeping/Household Management (incl. laundry and linen changing)
Apparel selection (i.e. laying out clothes)
Meal planning and preparation
Medication reminders
Mobility support (standby assist, transfer, hoyer lift)
Transportation using own or client's vehicle
Helping family members learn safe care techniques
Tolerance to pets (dogs and/or cats)
Lift 40lbs or less.
Qualifications
Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
Ability to read, write, and speak English at an average adult level and interpret the Plan of Care Document provided by Senior Helpers
Ability to drive is required
Have a valid Patient Care Assistant/Aide (PCA) certificate or Certified Nurse Aide state-issued license (will be verified)
Ability to get to work using reliable transportation
Valid US issued driver's license with no serious driving violations
Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
Pass a criminal background check prior to employment with Senior Helpers
Pass a drug screening test
Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plus, but not required
Must be able to be reached via phone, text, or email for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies

Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
