Job description
Centerstone in Sedalia, MO seeks an overnight Clinic Nurse (LPN/RN) for full-time duties in a behavioral health setting. You will perform nursing assessments, monitor clients, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and administer medications per policy.
Telehealth possible and cross-state licensure willingness noted. You’ll set up labs, arrange medical appointments, provide education, and ensure documentation compliance.
