Job description
Mount Carmel St. Ann’s is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist for overnight coverage in the Emergency Department.
The role involves hospital-wide support, inpatient operations, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and pharmacists to ensure safe, effective medication management. Ideal candidates have PGY1 residency or at least three years of hospital pharmacy experience, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication.
