Job description
CNA Position in Southwest Las VegasNurseCore is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care for an adult male paraplegic client in the Southwest Las Vegas area (89148), Wednesdays and Thursdays, 7p - 7a.Responsibilities may vary based on the client's needs:Assist with bedtime routine and personal carePrepare meals as neededPerform light housekeeping, including dishesRun errands as neededSupport mobility using a Hoyer lift, while the patient uses upper body strength to assistProvide hygiene care and maintain drynessRespond to occasional requests in the middle of the night (e.g., snacks or comfort items)Remain alert and attentive throughout the shift to ensure safety and timely assistanceRun errands as neededPerform other duties as necessaryMust have the following qualifications to be considered:Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insuranceAt least one year of CNA or HHA experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentValid CNA license in the State of NevadaCurrent, hands-on CPR certification in compliance with AHANegative TB test within the last 12 monthsSuccessful background checkWhat we offer:Pay rate: $20 to $22 / hourDirect deposit, and weekly/daily pay options24/7 support team; real people, ready to help when you need itW2 employment perks; overtime, liability coverage, and employer-paid taxesHealth, Dental, and Life Insurance after 6 months (must work 30+ hours per week)
