Job description
Night CustodianWe are seeking a dedicated and reliable Night Custodian to join our facilities management team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors during overnight hours. If you take pride in your work and enjoy working independently, we encourage you to apply and become a vital part of our organization's operations.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of all areas, including hallways, restrooms, offices, and common spacesEmpty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with safety and environmental standardsMaintain cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishingEnsure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and storedReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnelFollow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as requiredAssist with setting up or breaking down event spaces as neededAdhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient work environmentSkills and Qualifications:Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPhysical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsKnowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocolsReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicAbility to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays if requiredJoin our team and enjoy a supportive work environment that values your contributions.
