Job description
Meijer, a family company, is seeking an Area Leader to drive engagement, development and performance across the span of care. You’ll coach Leads and Team Leaders, manage area operations and forecast staffing, while ensuring safety and compliance and enhancing customer experience.
You will identify talent, guide onboarding and training, and collaborate with store leadership to maximize sales, reduce shrink, and strengthen the Meijer culture through strong communication and financial oversight.
