Job description
Meijer is seeking a proactive Area Leader to drive team engagement and store performance within our family‑driven culture. You’ll oversee Leads and Team Leaders, coach staff, manage budget items, and ensure safety and operational excellence across the span of care.
You’ll shape talent pipelines, oversee onboarding and training, conduct performance feedback, and implement process improvements while upholding Meijer’s standards and community focus.
