Job description
CentraCare is seeking an Overnight Lead Patient Access Assistant in our Hospital Emergency Trauma Center. You will be the first point of contact, welcome patients and check them in, and exercise independent judgment per facility procedures.
This role involves training and coaching Patient Access staff, with full-time overnights 9 pm–5:30 am, 80 hours every two weeks, weekend on-call, and a pay range starting at $23.76 per hour plus more for experience, with benefits and tuition reimbursement.
