Action Property Management in Irvine, CA is seeking an Overnight Front Gate Associate for the Marquee Park Place association. This role provides a constant security presence at the gatehouse, ensures access control, and enforces HOA rules while maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor.
You'll work 11:00 pm–7:30 am, greet residents and guests, coordinate with maintenance and janitorial staff, monitor surveillance, and respond to emergencies with calm, clear communication.
