Helping Hearts Caretaker PositionBegins Immediately!! Overnight: 7 PM - 7 AM/ 3 days a week M, Tues, WedWe are seeking reliable and dedicated Caretakers to join us at Helping Hearts. This role is essential in providing high-quality support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, personal care, and emotional support.Responsibilities:Daily Care and SupportAssist residents with activities and daily living activities (ADL's) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and groomingHelp residents with mobility, including walking, transferring, and repositioning, per care plansMonitor vital signs and report any changes in residents' appearance, behavior, and health statusProvide companionship and emotional supportHousehold and Meal assistanceLight housekeeping and laundry assistance to ensure a comfortable living environment for residentsReport accidents, incidents, or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate personnelAccompany clients to appointments or errands as neededEnsure compliance with HIPPA guidelines while handling patient informationRequirements:High School diploma or equivalentValid Drivers LicencePrevious experience in Medication Assistance is preferredCertification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plusAbility to pass pre-employment physical(drug screening) and background checksFlexible availability, including weekends and holidaysAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate and patientBenefits:Competitive salaryOpportunities for professional growth and advancementSupportive and collaborative work environmentBecome a part of our team and make a difference in the lives of our residents!
