nJob Summary The Caregiver is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.
nResponsibilities
nAssistance with personal care and hygiene
nMeal Preparation
nLight Housekeeping
nAccompany clients on outings
nShopping and errands
nMedication Assist/ Reminders
nAmbulation and transporting of clients
nProvide companionship to clients
nAbility to follow care-plan
nDocumentation/Charting
nQualifications
nHave Certified Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (preferable). If you don't have this, we can help you with it.
nDocumented experience or previous experience (preferable)
nCurrent CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
nNegative TB skin test or chest x-ray
nAbility to travel around location territory
nAccess to internet/mobile phone
