Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Milton seeks an experienced Physician Assistant to provide overnight critical care coverage in the ICU. The role collaborates with intensivists, hospitalists, ED physicians, and nursing staff to assess and manage critically ill patients, with emphasis on rapid response and airway management.

The position features 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM), rotating weekends and holidays, and a dedicated team to support 365-day ICU coverage while aligning with BID
