Empower AI is seeking an Extended Hours Shift Lead to supervise a remote Tier I service desk for a DoD-era agency, based in Quantico, VA with remote eligibility. The role includes overnight and weekend coverage, real-time queue health, and incident coordination.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of IT service desk leadership, a current DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I certification, US citizenship, and an active Secret clearance.
