Job description
Empower AI in Quantico, VA seeks an Extended Hours Shift Lead to supervise the remote Tier I team during nights and weekends for a DoW agency with ~13,000 users. You will own real-time performance, manage incidents, and ensure quality handovers to core-hours teams.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of IT service desk experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active security clearance. Hybrid work with up to 10% travel is supported.
