Job description
Trinity Community at Fairborn, operated by United Church Homes, is hiring a Staff Nurse (LPN) for the 6pm-6am shift with no weekend work. You will coordinate care for about 25 residents, administer medications, monitor treatments, and participate in the care planning process under physician orders and facility policies.
The role requires an Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, and at least basic nursing experience; IV therapy is included if certified.
