Job description
RADIAS Health is hiring a Mental Health Practitioner Float to support multiple IRTS programs in Minnesota. The role is fully onsite and features expected evenings (4 pm–12 am) and occasional overnights (12 am–8 am) with 32 hours weekly, mostly Fri–Mon.
You will provide direct services, assist with treatment planning, and supervise residents under licensed staff. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in Behavioral Sciences and 2,000 supervised hours with addiction/mental health
