Job description
HRI Hospital in Brookline, MA is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for the overnight shift (36 hours/week) to lead our inpatient team. This full-time role runs three weekdays from 11pm–7am with rotating weekend requirements, supporting a 66-bed psychiatric unit.
You’ll collaborate with nursing leadership, manage staff and census, maintain a safe therapeutic environment, and participate in ongoing staff development within a large UHS network that offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.
