As a One on One Overnight Care Professional, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, non-medical care that makes a real difference in the lives of our clients.About the Role:As a One on One Overnight Care Professional, you'll be responsible for providing overnight companionship and care to our clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Your duties may include:Providing emotional support and companionship to our clientsAssisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and groomingManaging medication regimens and providing medication remindersMaintaining a safe and healthy living environmentPreparing meals and snacks, and assisting with mealtimeEncouraging socialization and engagement in activitiesReporting any changes or concerns to our clinical teamResponsibilities:Provide overnight care to clients in their homesConduct daily assessments and reports to ensure client safety and well-beingCollaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plansMaintain accurate records and documentation of client careParticipate in in-service training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practicesRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidaysValid driver's license (if applicable)Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as neededIf you're passionate about providing exceptional care and companionship to others, and want to join a dedicated team of caregivers, apply now to become a One on One Overnight Care Professional with SYNERGY HomeCare of Knoxville-Morristown.
