Crouse Community Center is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our mission-driven, community-based organization. What You'll Excel At
* Providing direct nursing and personal care with professionalism, empathy, and strong clinical judgment
* Monitoring resident conditions and responding promptly to changes
* Preparing and administering medications as prescribed
* Performing accurate, timely charting in accordance with documentation standards
* Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
* Leading and supporting LPNs, CNAs, and other unit staff
* Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
* Communicating effectively with families, physicians, and supervisors
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and facility policies
* Reporting safety concerns or suspected abuse immediately
Schedule Options
* Flexible shift lengths: 7.5 hours
* Positions available: Full-time and Part-time

Qualifications
* Nursing degree from an accredited college or approved nursing program
* Current RN license
* Eligibility to work in long-term care per NYS HCS guidelines
Compensation details: 33-40 Hourly Wage
