Our Sanitation team plays an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards that support our bakery operations and product quality. Sanitation Team Members help ensure kitchen equipment, dishwashing areas, cookware, and workspaces remain clean, safe, and fully operational throughout each shift.We are looking for team members who are dependable, team oriented, and thrive in fast paced environments while maintaining strong attention to cleanliness and organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWe expect our Sanitation team members to:Work collaboratively and support the bakery team wherever neededMaintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and organizationBring a strong work ethic and attention to detail to every shiftLive Tatte's core values and help support our missionMaintain consistent availability to work the overnight schedule of 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, Monday through FridaySUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIESWash and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and kitchen utensilsClean, sanitize, and maintain the dishwashing machine and dish areaUnload and organize dishes and utensils after washingMaintain clean and organized kitchen work areas, equipment, and storage spacesStock supplies throughout food preparation and storage areasTransport supplies between storage and production areas as neededEmpty trash and maintain overall cleanliness standards throughout the bakerySupport sanitation and food safety standards at all timesOther related assignments as necessaryESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / WORKING CONDITIONSAbility to work in a fast paced kitchen or bakery environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to stand and work on feet for extended periods of timeAbility to consistently work 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, Monday through FridayQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEPrior experience working in a fast paced kitchen, bakery, or restaurant environment preferredPassion for cleanliness, organization, and supporting team operationsDesire to learn, grow, and support the bakery team wherever neededOUR BENEFITS & PERKSCompetitive Pay: $18.00–$24.15/hour, depending on experience401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insurance for full-time team membersPaid vacation timePaid sick timeFlexible schedules with no late nights50% meal discount and 2 complimentary beverages per shiftFree mental health supportFree Employee Assistance Program (EAP)An inclusive community that offers potential for growth
