Job description
Residential Security Officer Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday
Shift: Overnight shift | 9pm to 3am
Pay rate: $19 - 21 Hourly (based on experience) Why join us? Description: As a Signal of New England Security Officer , you will play an integral role in ensuring the safety and security of our client's communities, residents, and culture. This site will be at a new residential apartment building in Everett: The Mason & Maxwell Apartments. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
• Foot patrol the interior and exterior of the property throughout the shift
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report any incidents or maintenance concerns
• Restrict unauthorized access and engage with the public in a confident manner
• Maintain a visible presence to provide reassurance to residents
• Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidents
• Respond promptly to emergencies or alarms
• Ensure all building access points are secure Qualifications & Requirements:
• Prior experience working overnight security shifts is a plus
• Ability to walk for extended periods and climb stairs regularly
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Comfortable addressing individuals and setting boundaries professionally
• Experience in residential security is a plus, but not required
