Overnight Security Officer – Doral, FloridaSecurity Management Innovations (SMI) is seeking a professional and dependable Overnight Security Officer to work at a liquor distribution warehouse in Doral, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while also performing basic computer and administrative duties. This position requires someone who is computer savvy, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable entering information into a computer-based system.Position Details:Position: Overnight Security Officer.Location: Doral, FL.Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday.Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.Pay: $16.50 per hour.Shift: Overnight.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and secure the warehouse property during overnight hours.Maintain a professional security presence throughout the facility.Monitor employees, visitors, vendors, and property access.Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas.Accurately document security activity and incidents.Enter information into the site's computer-based system.Maintain electronic logs and records as required.Monitor cameras and security systems when assigned.Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or security incidents promptly.Follow all SMI policies, site post orders, and client procedures.Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.Respond appropriately to emergencies and contact the appropriate personnel when necessary.Qualifications:Valid Florida Class D Security Officer License.Previous security experience preferred.Strong computer skills are required.Ability to accurately enter and document information into a computer system.Strong communication and observation skills.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to work independently during overnight hours.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply.Ideal Candidate:SMI is looking for someone who is dependable, professional, computer literate, and comfortable working independently.
