Job description
Mercy House in Ventura, CA is seeking an Overnight Shelter Specialist to support the Emergency Shelter Program during overnight shifts, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the facility. The schedule is Saturday through Wednesday, 11:00 p.m.
to 7:00 a.m., with a focus on trauma-informed, housing‑focused service delivery and crisis intervention. Responsibilities include nightly deep cleans, safety and wellness checks, emergency support, and assisting with food distribution and transportation.
