Job description
Woodforest National Bank in Ohio is seeking a Retail Branch Manager I to drive growth in consumer and business relationships and lead in-store partnerships. You will deliver the Woodforest Experience to customers with energy and integrity.
You will recruit and develop staff, implement sales strategies, and build community engagement while ensuring compliance and service excellence across the branch. This role requires strong leadership, a proven sales mindset, and the ability to work up to 50%
