Job description
Security SupervisorUnder general direction, supervise and direct security at assigned park, completing Incident Reports, Daily Activities Report, and ensuring the safety of all patrons and staff.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain and organized, clean, professional workspaceEnsure assigned park is secure 24/7Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethicResponsible for accurate communication between maintenance to ensure all pump rooms, and facilities are intact and operating correctlyProvide excellent customer service with a helpful and friendly attitudeUnderstanding of parks rules, policies, and procedures, and being able to communicate these to our guestsDocument Daily Activities Reports, Incident Reports, PM's, Inspections, Deliveries, etc.Delegate duties to subordinates, daily and weeklyReport employees in violation of Legends Global's conduct policiesRespond to alarms and distress calls, escort disruptive individuals to security office and/or off premisesInspect premises for signs of intrusion or tamperingRespond, generate, and assist with crowd control inside and outsideEscort/assist Site Managers when handling large sums of money, supervise security officers to ensure completion of assigned dutiesComplete rounds and scan all necessary QR codesAssist other departments in need to accomplish event expectations or company's objectivesOther duties as assignedWorking ConditionsPosition requires physical ability to move around facility grounds and buildings, may require operation of motor vehicle, may be exposed to physical confrontations, indoors and outdoors working conditions and long periods of desk duties.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesPreferred Minimum of 2 years experienceCommunication SkillsMust have a valid driver's licenseOrganizational SkillsHigh School Diploma/GEDOSHA Certification (training provided)Computer knowledge and typing skillsEffective Communication and interpersonal skillsCPR/First Aid Certified (training provided)Can speak/write EnglishCurrent knowledge/certification in crowd control, fire suppression, and emergency preparedness preferredSecurity certificationNOTE: The essential responsibilities of this position are described under the headings above.
