Job description
Southeastpcp in Georgia seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join a collaborative clinic team delivering comprehensive outpatient care. The APP will manage chronic and acute conditions, order tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on their disease and treatment options as part of a coordinated care model with physicians and staff.
Applicants must hold PA/NP graduate credits and current Georgia licensure with prescriptive authority.
