Job description
Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. invites applicants for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner at Harvest Family Health Center in Elm City, NC. The role delivers primary medical care, develops treatment plans and collaborates with the health team within an FQHC model.
Expect a 40-hour workweek with no weekends, full benefits, sign-on bonus, on-call pay, 12 paid holidays and bi-weekly pay. NC licensure with DEA and BLS, plus board certification or eligibility, is required.
