nCorewell Health’s Southeast service area is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will provide care across the generational spectrum. Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants required as we care for patients of all ages.
nAll practices have a mix of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. Team-based care is supplemented with Behavioral Health, Pharmacists, Social Workers, and experienced medical assistants working one-to-one with the providers. Ancillary services such as laboratory, x-ray, PT/OT, and specialty care are available at most sites.
nCaledonia will be your primary location. Other sites include Ionia, Lake Odessa, Hastings, Middleville and Gun Lake.

n nQualifications:
nNurse Practitioner:
nnnRequired Master's Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master’s, post-master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission

nn3 years of relevant experience current, relevant clinical experience
n
nnPrevious experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner
n
