Matrix Providers Inc. is seeking a Physician Assistant – Primary Care to support military service members and their families at Naval Branch Health Clinic Saratoga Springs, NY.
The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a dynamic clinical setting. The PA will conduct patient assessments, provide preventive care, manage chronic illnesses, and coordinate care with physicians and the healthcare team.
