Position Summary
Supports PAC outreach efforts by assisting with communications, tracking, and follow-up activities. Helps prepare outreach materials and maintain engagement records. Works under supervision to ensure outreach activities align with compliance and organizational standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
Joining a Congressional Campaign
Key Responsibilities
Assist with PAC outreach communications and scheduling
Support preparation and revision of outreach materials and talking points
Track PAC contacts, communications, and follow-up actions
Maintain organized records of outreach activity
Collaborate with team members on PAC engagement initiatives
Revise materials based on feedback from team leads
Assist with internal reporting and documentation
Participate in training and compliance briefings
Uphold professionalism and compliance standards
