Job description
North East Medical Services is seeking a PACE Clinic RN in San Francisco to provide direct and indirect nursing care under the supervision of the PACE Center Manager. You will work collaboratively with physicians and the IDT to manage ongoing care for Participants at the PACE Center.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, documenting care, and supporting enrollment and education. The role may involve after-hours on-call coverage and telehealth as needed.
