Solventum is seeking an Acera Area Sales Director to lead cross-functional efforts with surgeons and OR stakeholders, driving adoption of Restrata and related products. You will develop area business plans to meet revenue targets while managing expenses and building a high-performing team.
You will recruit, coach, and partner with distributors where applicable, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.
