Location: Clinton, IA
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Pay Rates
1st Shift: $17.00/hour2nd Shift: $17.00/hour3rd Shift: $17.50/hour
Available Shifts
1st Shift
Monday - Friday6:24 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift
Monday - Friday2:24 PM - 10:30 PM
3rd Shift
Monday - Thursday10:24 PM - 6:30 AMFour-day work week
Candidates must be flexible with slight variations to start and end times based on business needs.
Job Responsibilities
Package products on production and packing linesOperate ancillary equipment as assignedPerform manual packaging tasksComplete dumpback duties and maintain accurate logsSelect and install proper screen sizesAssist with detailed cleaning and special projectsRelieve operators during breaksPerform sanitation tasksConduct quality inspections and checksFollow all safety, quality, environmental, and food safety standards
Qualifications
Strong attendance and reliabilityAbility to work overtime and weekends as neededGood communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to follow safety procedures and work instructions
Safety & Work Environment
Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Must follow food manufacturing GMP standardsNo jewelry permitted while workingHair must be secured and containedMust understand and follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and safety policies
Permanent Hire Opportunities
Most permanent openings are typically available on 2nd and 3rd shifts . Associates demonstrating strong attendance, performance, and productivity may be considered for hire after 90 days.
Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.50 per hour
