Packager I - Raw PlantExpress Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established production facility in Crookston to hire Packagers for immediate openings. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to get to work, this could be a great fit.Key ResponsibilitiesPackage both bulk and bagged products according to specificationsMaintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned work areasSafely operate forklifts (training available if needed)Complete paperwork accurately and on timeFollow safety protocols and quality standards at all timesSupport team and take on other tasks as neededWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detailAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsBasic math and computer skillsAbility to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasksTeam player with solid communication skillsForklift experience preferred (but not required)High school diploma or GED requiredThis is a hands-on role in a production setting. You'll be standing, lifting, and moving throughout your shift. Must be comfortable working in environments that are not climate-controlled.
