Packager Position at Acoufelt, LLCAcoufelt specializes in delivering high-quality soft architectural acoustics solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients. We work with contractors, ceiling sub-contractors, designers, and architects to provide products that enhance and transform interior workspaces. Our portfolio includes a range of premium soft architectural materials and products designed for commercial projects.We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging products in compliance with Acoufelt's regulations. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate hand tools and pallet jacks in a warehouse environment. As a Packager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are packaged efficiently and meet quality standards.Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 4:30 PMCompensation: Starting at $18ResponsibilitiesAssemble products according to specifications and quality standards.Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.Fabricate packaging materials as needed to meet production requirements.Conduct regular inspections of packaged products to ensure quality assurance.Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency within the warehouse.Utilize logic controllers for monitoring packaging processes when necessary.QualificationsPrevious experience in a packaging or manufacturing role is preferred.Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.Proficiency in using hand tools and operating pallet jacks safely.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.Benefits:Competitive compensation and bonusesComprehensive health insurance including a choice of two medical plans, dental, vision, employer paid health savings account, and voluntary accident, hospital, life, critical illness.Paid Time Off starting at 15 days with carry overCollaborative wellness programPaid volunteer time off401k employer matchEmployee Assistance ProgramRewards and Recognitions
