Packaging Associate Lead - Night Shift (Bilingual English/Spanish)Come and work at the Bowling Green facility where Dixie paper plates are made. You might be the perfect candidate for our Bilingual Team Leader role for night shift. Encadria is the staffing service that provides long-term temporary employees to the Dixie plant in Bowling Green, KY. We're looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join us and lead the Packing team to excellence, someone who understands what makes team members tick and motivates them to do their best. You'll supervise from 13-20 associates who are checking quality and packing Dixie plates. Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.Offer:$17.50/ hourWeekly pay every ThursdayHours 6:45am to 7pmSchedule 2/2/3 - off every other weekendLong-term temporary assignmentBenefits availableVacation Bonus (weeks pay after completion of 1,500 hrs. within 52 consecutive weeks)Responsibilities:Checking in team members at beginning of shiftProvide communication and guidance to team members as neededProvide safety orientation and production training for new hiresMaintain constant communication with manager and supervisorAble to reach out to employees via phone as requiredManage rotations and breaks during shiftAssist and support team members in production area as neededComplete Performance Evaluation forms for team members in quarterly basisMonitor flow and quality of productInspect, weigh, and package productWork at different stations as production requiresMaintain a clean and safe work environmentRequirements:Able to lead a group of peopleAble to train and provide guidance to new hiresAble to provide feedback to team membersAble to communicate in English and SpanishAble to work 12 hour shiftsAble to work at a fast-paced environmentAble to work long periods of time constantly movingLifting and pulling up to 15lbs.Reaching, stretching, twisting hand motionEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
