Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Packaging Designer to create innovative, sustainable corrugated packaging, folding cartons, and labels for diverse customers. In this role, you will develop structural and graphic concepts, build dielines and mockups, and prepare accurate production files aligned with our manufacturing capabilities. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, production, and quality teams to balance performance, cost, and brand impact while supporting continuous improvement, material reduction, and print quality.
