Packaging Specialist / Packaging Engineer
Label Change Support (Packaging) Specialist
Summit, New Jersey
Contract through January 2027
Onsite: Mon – Fri | 8am – 5pm
Hourly Pay: $50/hr - 60/hr W2 +/- (DOE)
(No C2C)
Responsibilities:
Support packaging engineering projects from development through implementation.
Participate in cross-functional team meetings to support packaging initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and revise packaging specifications and related documentation.
Coordinate package testing and support validation activities.
Manage packaging-related change controls and documentation.
Collaborate with suppliers to develop packaging specifications, review die lines, and support package development.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience supporting packaging engineering or packaging development projects.
Work experience in other Consumer Good companies is preferred.
Experience creating and maintaining packaging specifications and engineering documentation.
Experience with packaging change control processes and cross-functional project coordination.
Experience working with packaging suppliers and packaging documentation systems is preferred.
Technical degree preferred.
