In this advanced role, you'll build conveyor systems and equipment based on engineering specifications, working mostly independently.You'll also take on leadership responsibilities, helping guide projects and support other team members.What You'll Do:Assemble conveyor systems and components using engineering drawings and work instructionsWork on a variety of builds, from individual components to fully integrated systemsPerform basic wiring using electrical schematicsTroubleshoot issues and suggest improvements when neededWork in small teams on projects from start through final testing and approvalHelp ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet ProMach quality standardsTrain and mentor other team membersKeep your work area and materials organized throughout each projectPartner with Engineering on prototype builds and testingPromote continuous improvement and share ideas to improve processesFollow all safety standards and help maintain a safe work environmentAssist in other departments as neededOccasional travel for installations or service callsUphold and maintain the ProMach Performance CultureWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GEDTechnical training or 2-3 years related maintenance or automation experience; or sufficient ability to demonstrate required technical abilityAbility to read blueprints, instructions, and schematicsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and lead small teams when neededReliable, motivated, and team-orientedAbility to work overtime as requiredPhysical Requirements of position:Regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlOccasionally required to sit, climb or balance and work overhead.Ability to regularly lift 10 pounds, frequently lift 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 poundsSafety shoes and safety glasses are requiredReimbursement for shoes and prescription glasses are availableWhy Join ProMach?Opportunities for growth and career advancementSupportive, team-oriented work environmentCompetitive pay based on experienceComprehensive benefits starting day one, including:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability insurancePaid time off401(k) with company matchWellness programsAbout Shuttleworth (A ProMach Company)Shuttleworth provides innovative material handling solutions to industries around the world—from food and beverage to pharmaceuticals and beyond.
