Packaging Machine OperatorJoin our production team as a Packaging Machine Operator! You'll inspect and package products, rotate through production lines as directed, and ensure all items meet our quality standards.Pay & Schedule$18.68/hr starting pay for night shiftNight Shift: 5:20pm – 5:30am (3 paid breaks)Bi-weekly rotation: Work weekends and weekdays as scheduledExample schedule (Week 1: Monday work, Tuesday work, Wednesday OFF, Thursday OFF, Weekend work 48 hours Week 2: Monday OFF, Tuesday OFF, Wednesday work, Thursday work, Weekend OFF 36 hours Week 3: Monday work, Tuesday work, Wednesday OFF, Thursday OFF, Weekend work 48 hours Week 4: Monday OFF, Tuesday OFF, Wednesday work, Thursday work, Weekend OFF 36 hours)Key ResponsibilitiesVisually inspect products for quality and complianceSafely pack boxes, label, and sort productsMaintain a clean and safe workspaceAssist with scrap material processingSupport training of new team membersMeet daily production goalsQualificationsWillingness to show up and work hard everydayHigh school diploma or equivalentAttention to detail and defect identificationAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsEffective communication and teamwork
