Machine Operators WantedWe are looking for Machine Operators to join our team! At West Bend, we specialize in cream cheese that meet our customers' needs and appeal to consumer tastes worldwide. Responsibilities will be utilization of packaging machines in accordance with Food Safety guidelines. Cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining equipment to company standards, forming boxes and packaging final product, operate pallet jacks and other general labor duties as assigned.Rate of PayUp to $28.80 per hour.Shift premium of $1.00 per hour for second shift and $2.00 per hour for third shift.$2,000 sign on bonus, paid in the first year, based on good employment standing for 3rd shift full time positions.Shift/Schedule1st Shift (6:00 am to 2:00 pm)2nd Shift (2:00 pm to 10:00 pm)3rd Shift (10:00 pm to 6:00 am)Work week offers a guaranteed 40 hours. Mandatory overtime is expected and weekend work is likely. This requires a knowledge of basic math including % and decimal placementDisassemble, clean, sanitize, reassemble packaging equipment, and documentation as requiredMust be able to work safely and in a team environment.
