If you're ready to grow, contribute, and be recognized for it—this is your moment.Details You Want to KnowShift: Monday-Friday (with required overtime on weekends depending on business needs)1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm (Mondays often start earlier to help with production startup)2nd Shift: 2pm -10:30pm (Shift differential available)3rd Shift: 10pm-6:30am (Shift differential available)Experience That Will Help You SucceedIndividuals who are eager to grow, demonstrate reliability, and perform their duties effectively will find success in this role. Those who consistently show dedication and commitment to their work will have opportunities to advance their careers and achieve greater professional growth.Education & Experience:High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not always required).Experience with packaging machinery or equipment is a plus.Technical Skills:Ability to operate packaging machines (knowledge of machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting).Understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for packaging processes.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects (typically 30-50 lbs) as required by the role.Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment.Attention to Detail:Strong focus on quality control to ensure that packaging meets standards and specifications.Ability to inspect finished product and make adjustments when necessary.Communication & Teamwork:Effective communication skills to work with team members and supervisors.Ability to collaborate with others to meet production goals and deadlines.Problem-Solving:Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment malfunctions or production issues.Ability to report issues promptly and help find solutions.Flexibility & Willingness to Learn:Open to training on different machines and processes.Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.What We Offer You:Our team members' physical and mental health is important to a thriving workplace.
