Packaging Operator – Brewery ProductionBarrel One Collective is a family of established New England beer brands and hospitality businesses, including Harpoon Brewery and Long Trail Brewing Company. We make and sell great beer, create memorable experiences, and bring iconic New England brands together to help them grow and thrive.At our Windsor, Vermont brewery, our production team is responsible for making, packaging, and preparing our beer to head out into the world. We take pride in doing things the right way, working safely, and supporting the people around us.About the Packaging Operator RoleWe're looking for a Packaging Operator to join our brewery production team in Windsor, VT.This is a hands-on manufacturing role for someone who enjoys working with equipment, solving problems, staying active, and being part of a team. You'll help operate and maintain our packaging equipment while making sure every product leaving the brewery meets our standards for quality, consistency, and safety.Previous brewery experience is great, but it isn't everything. If you have experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, machine operation, mechanical work, food and beverage production, or another hands-on environment, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll DoOperate brewery packaging equipment safely and efficiently.Help package beer while meeting daily production and quality goals.Monitor equipment and make routine machine adjustments throughout the production run.Perform basic equipment maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.Identify and respond quickly to product quality or equipment issues.Complete production records, logs, and other required documentation accurately.Follow brewery safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.Work closely with brewing, quality, warehouse, and other production team members.Help with changeovers, startup, shutdown, and cleaning of packaging equipment.Look for ways to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and the way we work.Be a positive, dependable teammate who is willing to jump in where needed.What We're Looking ForYou don't need to know everything about beer on day one.
