You'll be:Performing daily setup and routine operation of packaging lines, including equipment such as Bottle in-feed, Unscrambler, Filler, Capper, Torquer, Labeler, Vision Systems, Weighing Systems, and Bar Coding SystemsEnsuring a safe work environment by following all safety procedures, company guidelines, and ergonomic practices, including proper use of PPE and compliance with cGMPs and OSHA standardsParticipating in continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with predictive and preventive maintenanceMaintaining, cleaning, and organizing the work area using 5S practicesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules, deadlines, and operational goalsSupporting the development of training programs and cross-training other operators as neededThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have previous experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or production environment (preferred)Are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and adapting to new technologiesValue teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvementAre willing to learn, upskill, and share knowledge within an autonomous team cultureHave a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standardsHave a HS Diploma or equivalentAre able to work 1st shift in Myerstown, PAWhat happens next:Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
