Job description
Packaging Operator
Aerotek is hiring a Packaging Operator to support seed packaging operations at a leading agricultural facility in York, NE.
Schedule:
6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
2 Days On / 3 Days Off
3 Days On / 2 Days Off
Rotating schedule includes weekends
Responsibilities:
Package, label, and palletize seed products
Operate packaging equipment safely
Track product inventory
Inspect finished product quality
Maintain production records
Keep work area clean and organized
Support warehouse and production activities as needed
Qualifications:
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 pounds
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation and attendance
Fluent in English
Resume required for consideration
Work Environment:
Exposure to corn dust, corn pollen, and weed pollen
Indoor and outdoor work environments
Exposure to hot and cold weather conditions
PPE & Dress Code Provided:
Hard Hat

High-Visibility Vest
Work Gloves
Employee Must Provide:
Steel-Toe Boots (Over-the-Ankle Required)
Durable Work Pants (Jeans Preferred)

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of York, NE.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
