Job description
GOJO Industries, LLC, makers of PURELL, seeks a Packaging Operations Director to lead all packaging activities across 24/7 operations. You will partner with Plant Leadership, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive safety, quality, cost, and continuous improvement.
You will coach Packaging Managers, develop talent, and own safety and regulatory compliance while delivering capacity planning and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to support future growth.
