Job description
Perfetti Van Melle's Erlanger, KY site seeks a Sr. Process Engineer to drive line efficiency and performance. You will manage production lines, target OEE, reduce scrap, and lead continuous improvement initiatives spanning packaging, equipment, and processes.
Collaborate with Maintenance, R&D, Packaging, Production, Engineering, CI and Quality while applying IL6S tools. This mid-level role requires strong data analysis, problem solving, and the ability to mentor teams and drive change.
