This role ensures products are produced safely, accurately, and in compliance with company standards.Specific DutiesAssist with all quality control functions and documentationSupport the QC Manager in processing and completing QC documentsEnsure raw materials are safely stored and properly segregatedOversee drying operations and ensure procedures are followedFollow all QC steps outlined in the Quality Control ManualMaintain sanitation and cleanliness of machines and plant areasAssist with machine calibration and routine maintenanceHelp maintain a safe and well-functioning plant environmentOperate a small forklift as neededAssist with training new employeesEnsure all employees follow warehouse safety guidelinesCheck out with the supervisor before leaving each dayMain DutiesPerform all batching operations accuratelyOperate mixers and ensure mixing procedures are followedOperate the Vemag machine for wafer and soft chew productionRead and follow batching instructionsClean all machines, tools, and facilities after useQualificationsKnowledge of Katana software and assembly/manufacturing experienceStrong attention to detailAbility to read and write at a high school levelExperience supervising and training othersExperience in baking, food processing, or food handling preferredPosition 2: Packaging Associate – Redmond, ORPay: $18–$20 DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day and Overnight ShiftsJob SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our food processing team.
