Immediate Packaging Technicians AvailableLarge company with opportunity for growth looking for Packaging Technicians to join their team.Pay: $21-23/HRLocation: Parsippany, NJShift: 3pm-11:15pm Monday-Friday*Must be able to train 7am-3pm for 2-3 weeks*Must be open to working overtime on weekends when neededJob DescriptionWe are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Production Packers to support packaging operations on a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing line. This role is responsible for ensuring products are packaged accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with strict quality and regulatory standards.ResponsibilitiesPackage pharmaceutical products according to batch records, SOPs, and GMP guidelines.Inspect finished goods for defects, correct labeling, and proper packaging.Load and unload small medicine vials onto the production line, ensuring consistent workflow.Perform line clearance and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Accurately complete production and packaging documentation.Monitor equipment and report any issues to supervisors or maintenance.Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures at all times.Essential SkillsExperience in picking, packing, packaging, and labeling.Industrial and warehouse packing experience.Visual inspection experience, especially under a magnifying glass or microscope.Experience inspecting vials, cartridges, syringes, and other injectables.Must have experience working in a cleanroom and general labor production.Ability to work on a packaging line in a pharmaceutical setting.*Position is a fulltime and permanent role*Company has great benefits and 401k plan*You can start work immediately as there is no interviewPlease apply immediately to be considered for this role!Job Type & LocationThis is a permanent position based out of Parsippany, NJ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
